Honey-Mustard Baked Salmon
This honey salmon recipe is quick and easy and ready in less than 30 minutes. It makes even weeknight dinners special.
Ingredients:
1/4 cup honey
2 tablespoons Dijon mustard
1 tablespoon melted butter
1 teespoon Worcestershire sauce
Dash of salt
Dash of pepper
4 oz salmon fillets
1 lb. fresh asparagus spears, ends trimmed
1/2 cup chopped pecans
Directions:

Preheat the oven to 400 degrees F. Line 9-by-13-by-2-inch baking pan with aluminum foil.

In a small bowl, stir together the honey, mustard, butter, and Worcestershire sauce. Season with salt and pepper.

Put the salmon fillets in the center of the pan and arrange the asparagus around the salmon. Sprinkle with the pecans and drizzle with the honey-mustard sauce.

Bake for 20 to 22 minutes, or until salmon flakes when tested with a fork.
