Vegetable broth

6 cups


4 cloves, minced

Tomato paste

2 tablespoons

Fresh cabbage, chopped

4 cups

Onion, raw, diced

1 medium

Raw, chopped carrot

1 cup

Green beans, snapped

1 cup

Zucchini, sliced

1 cup

Diced tomatoes

1 can

Ground basil

1 teaspoon

Ground oregano

1 teaspoon


1 teaspoon

Black pepper

1 teaspoon


  1. Spray pot and then add carrots, garlic and onions. Sauté for 5 minutes.

  2. Add other ingredients except the zucchini and then simmer for 5-10 minutes until all the vegetables are tender.

  3. Add the zucchini and simmer for 5 more minutes or so.
